My name is Keira Bayless, and I study Honors Humanities and History at the University of Texas in Austin. The Honors Humanities program allows students to pursue an interdisciplinary curriculum to research and develop a unique Honors thesis. My particular focus is the history of environmental law and how it impacts the United States. Outside of school, I do community-based volunteer work for the U.T. chapter of the Lions Club and Food Pantries in Plano, Texas.
